Our company, based in Taiwan, specializes in precision mold manufacturing and CNC machining. Our General Manager, a saxophone enthusiast, noticed that traditional saxophone mouthpieces often lack precision in their openings and angles, leading to inconsistent quality. Additionally, commonly used brass materials pose heavy metal toxicity risks, and platinum can cause allergic reactions for some users.

Leveraging our expertise in titanium alloys, we designed innovative mouthpieces and utilized our in-house 5-axis precision machining equipment for prototyping. After numerous trials and modifications, we successfully developed two unique, non-toxic, and skin-friendly mouthpieces: Blast1 and Blast2,After a long period of testing by professional teachers,These mouthpieces not only reduce the effort required for playing but also produce sound quality comparable to platinum.



The mouthpieces are made from titanium alloy and are precision-machined in one piece using 5-axis CNC technology. The ligature is crafted from SUS304 stainless steel. Additionally, the Rainbow Titanium variant incorporates nano titanium dioxide photocatalyst, making it non-toxic, antibacterial, and resistant to dirt.
